| 3 | | Representatives wish to congratulate Jacqueline Anne "Jackie" |
| 4 | | Milner on the occasion of her 90th birthday on September 3, |
| 5 | | 2017; and

| 6 | | WHEREAS, Jacqueline Milner was born on September 2, 1927 in |
| 7 | | Mount Penn, Pennsylvania; her mother named her Shirley Ann, but |
| 8 | | after one look at her, her father said, "She's no Shirley Ann," |
| 9 | | and changed her name to Jacqueline Ann, after the not-so-famous |
| 10 | | actress Jacqueline White; when the hospital changed the name on |
| 11 | | her birth certificate, they also changed her birth date to |
| 12 | | September 3, and Jacqueline has been celebrating that day |
| 13 | | since; and
|
| 14 | | WHEREAS, Jacqueline Landis began singing with local bands |
| 15 | | and USO clubs at the age of 15, performing for soldiers in the |
| 16 | | hotels on the Jersey Shore; and
|
| 17 | | WHEREAS, Jacqueline Landis graduated from Asbury Park High |
| 18 | | School in 1945; after graduation, she began working for Charms |
| 19 | | Candy Company; three years later, in 1948, she was booked as a |
| 20 | | singer on a popular radio station, where she met her husband, |
| 21 | | Gene Milner; Gene proposed on Valentine's Day, and they married |
| 22 | | the following Saturday; they had two sons; and
