HOUSE RESOLUTION

  
 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois House of 
3Representatives wish to congratulate Greg Alt on the occasion 
4of his retirement from Illinois State University (ISU); and
  
 
5    WHEREAS, Greg Alt earned his bachelor's degree in 
6accounting from ISU in 1981; he earned his Master of Business 
7Administration from ISU in 1994; and
  
 
8    WHEREAS, Greg Alt worked as a certified public accountant 
9at KPMG; and
  
 
10    WHEREAS, Since joining ISU in 1990, Greg Alt served in 
11various fiscal management roles and was appointed as the 
12comptroller in 2002; he assumed the role of Vice-President for 
13Finance and Planning in 2014; and
  
 
  
14    WHEREAS, Greg Alt has helped ISU to successfully chart its 
15financial future; his leadership has been key to making it 
16strong and stable institution that it is today; therefore, be 
17it
  
 
18    RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE ONE 
19HUNDREDTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we 
20congratulate Greg Alt on his retirement from Illinois State
