    AN ACT concerning appropriations.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

    Section 5. The sum of $9,700,000, or so much of that amount as may be necessary, is appropriated from the Tourism Promotion Fund to the Abraham Lincoln Presidential Library and Museum for payments to the Abraham Lincoln Presidential Library Foundation.

Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon becoming law.
