Appropriates $9,700,000 from the Abraham Lincoln Presidential Library and Museum for a grant to the Abraham Lincoln Presidential Library Foundation for the Taper Collection. Effective July 1, 2018.

AN ACT concerning appropriations.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The sum of $9,700,000, or so much of that sum as may be necessary, is appropriated from the Abraham Lincoln Presidential Library and Museum for a grant to the Abraham Lincoln Presidential Library Foundation for the Taper Collection.
Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 2018.
