SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:
Appropriates $1,223,200 from the General Revenue Fund to the State Universities Civil Service System to meet its operational expenses for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2019. Effective July 1, 2018.

AN ACT concerning appropriations.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. For the purpose of this Section, “operational expenses” includes the following items: personal services, State contributions to Social Security, contractual services, travel, commodities, printing, equipment, telecommunications services, and operation of automotive equipment.
The amount of $1,223,200, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the State Universities Civil Service System to meet its operational expenses for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2019.
Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 2018.
