SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:
Appropriates $4,500,000 from the Supreme Court Historic Preservation Fund to the Supreme Court Historic Preservation Commission for Historic Preservation Purposes. Appropriates $2,000,000 from the General Revenue Fund to the Supreme Court Historic Preservation Fund. Effective immediately.

AN ACT concerning appropriations.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The sum of $4,500,000, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated from the Supreme Court Historic Preservation Fund to the Supreme Court Historic Preservation Commission for Historic Preservation Purposes.
Section 10. The sum of $2,000,000, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the Supreme Court Historic Preservation Fund.
Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon becoming law.
