| 4 | | Section 5. The Jury Commission Act is amended by adding |
| 5 | | Section 10.3 as follows:

| 6 | | (705 ILCS 310/10.3 new) |
| 7 | | Sec. 10.3. Excusing prospective jurors; nursing mothers. |
| 8 | | Any mother nursing her child shall, upon request, be excused |
