Amends the State Construction Minority and Female Building Trades Act. Provides that by March 31 (currently, March 1) of each year, the Illinois Department of Labor shall publish and make available on its official website a report compiling and summarizing demographic trends in the State's building trades apprenticeship programs, with particular attention to race, gender, ethnicity, and national origin of apprentices in labor organizations and other entities in Illinois. Effective immediately.

2 | | Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,

3 | | represented in the General Assembly:

4 | | Section 5. The State Construction Minority and Female |
5 | | Building Trades Act is amended by changing Section 35-15 as |
6 | | follows: |

8 | | Sec. 35-15. Compilation of building trade data. By March 31 |
9 | | 1 of each year, the Illinois Department of Labor shall publish |
10 | | and make available on its official website a report compiling |
11 | | and summarizing demographic trends in the State's building |
12 | | trades apprenticeship programs, with particular attention to |
13 | | race, gender, ethnicity, and national origin of apprentices in |
14 | | labor organizations and other entities in Illinois based on the |
15 | | information submitted to the Department under Section 35-10.
