Makes appropriations for ordinary and contingent expenses of the Department of Central Management Services for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2018, as follows:

AN ACT concerning appropriations.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:
ARTICLE 1
Section 2. The sum of $68,300,000, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the Department of Central Management Services for ordinary and contingent expenses.
Section 5. The following named amounts, or so much thereof as may be necessary, respectively, for the objects and purposes hereinafter named are appropriated to the Department of Central Management Services:

Expenditures from appropriations for treatment and expense may be made after the Department of Central Management Services has certified that the injured person was employed and that the nature of the injury is compensable in accordance with the provisions of the Workers' Compensation Act or the Workers' Occupational Diseases Act, and then has determined the amount of such compensation to be paid to the injured person.

ARTICLE 99
Section 99. Effective Date. This Act takes effect July 1, 2018. Notwithstanding anything in this Act to the contrary, appropriations authorized in this Act shall be used for all costs incurred prior to July 1, 2019.
