SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:
Makes appropriations for the ordinary and contingent expenses of the Office of the Governor for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2018, as follows:
General Funds $4,582,500
Other State Funds $ 100,000
Total $4,682,500

AN ACT concerning appropriations.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:
ARTICLE 1
Section 5. The sum of $4,582,500, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the Office of the Governor for operational expenses of the fiscal year ending June 30, 2019.
Section 10. The sum of $100,000, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated from the Governor's Grant Fund to the Office of the Governor to be expended in accordance with the terms and conditions upon which such funds were received and in the exercise of the powers or performance of the duties of the Office of the Governor.
Section 99. Effective Date. This Act takes effect July 1, 2018. Notwithstanding anything in this Act to the contrary, appropriations authorized in this Act shall be used for all costs incurred prior to July 1, 2019.
