Amends the Chicago School District Article of the School Code. Requires the school district to provide all copies of teacher evaluations to the exclusive bargaining representative of the school district's teachers within 7 days after issuing the evaluations.

| 2 | | Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
|
| 3 | | represented in the General Assembly:
|
| 4 | | Section 5. The School Code is amended by adding Section |
| 5 | | 34-85d as follows:
|
| 6 | | (105 ILCS 5/34-85d new) |
| 7 | | Sec. 34-85d. Teacher evaluation; copies. Notwithstanding |
| 8 | | any other provision of law to the contrary, the school district |
| 9 | | shall provide all copies of teacher evaluations to the |
| 10 | | exclusive bargaining representative of the school district's |
| 11 | | teachers within 7 days after issuing the evaluations.
