| 3 | | immediately below line 5, by inserting the following:

| 4 | | "Section 2. Definitions. "Compost-amended soil" means soil |
| 5 | | that has been mixed with compost produced with source-separated |
| 6 | | landscape waste or a mixture of both source-separated landscape |
| 7 | | waste and source-separated food scraps to meet an organic |
| 8 | | matter content of 25%, and the compost component meets the |
| 9 | | certification requirements of the U.S. Composting Council's |
| 10 | | Seal of Testing Assurance program or any other equivalent, |
| 11 | | nationally recognized program."; and
|
| 12 | | on page 1, line 8, after "soil", by inserting the following: |
| 13 | | "for landscape related use".
