Amends the Child Care Act of 1969. Provides that a day care center or day care home must disclose its tuition and other applicable fee information on the day care facility's official website if the day care facility maintains such a website.

| 2 | | Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,

| 3 | | represented in the General Assembly:

| 4 | | Section 5. The Child Care Act of 1969 is amended by adding |
| 5 | | Section 5.11 as follows:

| 6 | | (225 ILCS 10/5.11 new) |
| 7 | | Sec. 5.11. Day care facility; fee disclosure. A day care |
| 8 | | center or day care home shall make its tuition and any other |
| 9 | | applicable fee information available and accessible to the |
| 10 | | public on the day care facility's official website if the day |
| 11 | | care facility maintains such a website.
