2 | | Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,

3 | | represented in the General Assembly:

4 | | Section 5. The Illinois Criminal Justice Information Act is |
5 | | amended by changing Section 4 as follows: |
6 | | (20 ILCS 3930/4) (from Ch. 38, par. 210-4) |
7 | | Sec. 4. Illinois Criminal Justice Information Authority; |

membership, and meetings. There is created an |
9 | | Illinois Criminal Justice
Information Authority consisting of |

16 | | President of the Cook County Board of Commissioners, the |
17 | | Superintendent of the Chicago Police
Department, the Director |
18 | | of the Office of the State's Attorneys Appellate
Prosecutor, |
19 | | the Executive Director of the Illinois Law Enforcement Training

20 | | Standards Board, the State Appellate Defender, the Public |
21 | | Defender of Cook County, and the following additional
members, |
22 | | each of whom
shall be appointed by the Governor: a circuit |
