Makes appropriations for the ordinary and contingent expenses of the Department of the Lottery for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2017, as follows:

AN ACT concerning appropriations.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:
ARTICLE 1
Section 1. The following named amounts, or so much thereof as may be necessary, respectively, for the objects and purposes hereinafter named, are appropriated to meet the ordinary and contingent expenses for the Department of the Lottery, including operating expenses related to Multi-State Lottery games pursuant to the Illinois Lottery Law:

Section 99. Effective Date. This Act takes effect July 1, 2017, if and only if Senate Bill 2063 of the 100th General Assembly (the Unbalanced Budget Response Act), as introduced in the Illinois Senate, becomes law.
