SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:
Makes appropriations for the ordinary and contingent expenses of the Illinois Independent Tax Tribunal for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2017, as follows:
General Funds $638,900
Other State Funds $168,700
Total $807,600

AN ACT concerning appropriations.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:
ARTICLE 1
Section 1. The sum of $638,900, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the Illinois Independent Tax Tribunal to meet its operational expenses for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2018.
Section 5. The sum of $168,700, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated from the Illinois Independent Tax Tribunal Fund to the Illinois Independent Tax Tribunal to meet its operational expenses for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2018.
Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 2017, if and only if Senate Bill 2063 of the 100th General Assembly (the Unbalanced Budget Response Act), as introduced in the Illinois Senate, becomes law.
