| 6 | | Section 5. Duty of the unit of local government. A unit of |
| 7 | | local government that requires a permit in order to conduct an |
| 8 | | organized marathon or similar race must make an automated |
| 9 | | external defibrillator available to the organized marathon or |
| 10 | | similar race permittee through the permitting process.".
