Amends the Park District Code and the Chicago Park District Act. Provides that a park district shall not charge individuals residing inside the corporate boundaries of the park district any fees (i) for any park district program, except for summer programs, or (ii) for use of park district facilities.

| 2 | | Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,

| 3 | | represented in the General Assembly:
|
| 4 | | Section 5. The Park District Code is amended by adding |
| 5 | | Section 8-1.3 as follows:
|
| 6 | | (70 ILCS 1205/8-1.3 new) |
| 7 | | Sec. 8-1.3. Resident fees. Notwithstanding any other |
| 8 | | provision in this Code, a park district shall not charge |
| 9 | | individuals residing inside the corporate boundaries of the |
| 10 | | park district any fees (i) for any park district program, |
| 11 | | except for summer programs, or (ii) for use of park district |
| 12 | | facilities.

| 13 | | Section 10. The Chicago Park District Act is amended by |
| 14 | | adding Section 26.3-3 as follows:
