| 2 | | Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,

| 3 | | represented in the General Assembly:

| 4 | | Section 5. The Wildlife Code is amended by adding Section |
| 5 | | 1.2k-1 as follows:

| 6 | | (520 ILCS 5/1.2k-1 new) |
| 7 | | Sec. 1.2k-1. Hunting license. "Hunting license" means an |
| 8 | | electronic or physical license authorizing the person to take a |
| 9 | | certain type of animal during a specified period of time.

| 10 | | Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon |
| 11 | | becoming law.
