| 1 | | AN ACT concerning animals.

| 2 | | Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
|
| 3 | | represented in the General Assembly:

| 4 | | Section 5. The Illinois Brand Act is amended by changing |
| 5 | | Section 10 as follows:
|
| 6 | | (510 ILCS 40/10) (from Ch. 8, par. 33.70)
|
| 7 | | Sec. 10. Brand information. The Department shall make |
| 8 | | available in electronic format publish all recorded brands in |
| 9 | | book form and shall
publish supplemental lists at least once |
| 10 | | each year. This document book and all
supplements shall contain |
| 11 | | an image a facsimile of all brands recorded, the owner's name,
|
| 12 | | and legal mailing address. The Department shall, without |
| 13 | | charge, furnish one
copy of the brand book and supplements to |
| 14 | | the County Clerk and Sheriff of each county.
The general public |
| 15 | | may obtain copies by remitting to the Department the cost of |
| 16 | | printing
and mailing each book and accompanying supplements.
