| 7 | | Sec. 15. Exclusion of mobile home lots. This Act does not |
| 8 | | apply to mobile home lots. |
| 9 | | As used in this Section, "mobile home lot" means a parcel |
| 10 | | of land within the boundaries of a mobile home park, as defined |
| 11 | | in the Mobile Home Landlord and Tenant Rights Act, provided for |
| 12 | | the placement of a single manufactured home, as defined in the |
| 13 | | Mobile Home Landlord and Tenant Rights Act, and the exclusive |
| 14 | | use of its occupants.".
