| 2 | | AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 2663, AS AMENDED, in |
| 3 | | Section 5, Sec. 2-3.71, subsection (a), paragraph (7), |
| 4 | | subparagraph (G), by replacing "On or before July 1, beginning |
| 5 | | in 2018, early childhood programs shall annually report to the |
| 6 | | State Board of Education and, on a biennial basis, the State |
| 7 | | Board of Education shall make publicly available, in an |
| 8 | | existing annual report, all the following data for children |
| 9 | | from birth to age 5 who are served by the program:" with |
| 10 | | "Beginning on July 1, 2018, early childhood programs shall |
| 11 | | annually report to the State Board of Education, and, beginning |
| 12 | | in fiscal year 2020, the State Board of Education shall make |
| 13 | | available on a biennial basis, in an existing report, all of |
| 14 | | the following data for children from birth to age 5 who are |
| 15 | | served by the program:".
