AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 2124

    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 2124 by replacing everything after the enacting clause with the following:

    “Section 5. The sum of $626,438, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated from the Capital Development Fund to the Department of Natural Resources for cost share participation in the Hinsdale Graue Mill Stormwater Project.

Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon becoming law.”.
