| 2 | | Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, |
| 3 | | represented in the General Assembly:

| 4 | | Section 5. The Drug or Alcohol Impaired Minor |
| 5 | | Responsibility Act is amended by changing Section 15 as |
| 6 | | follows:

conduct. Neither contributory negligence |
