| 1 | | AN ACT concerning transportation.

| 2 | | Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, |
| 3 | | represented in the General Assembly:

| 4 | | Section 5. The Illinois Vehicle Code is amended by adding |
| 5 | | Section 11-216 as follows:

| 6 | | (625 ILCS 5/11-216 new) |
| 7 | | Sec. 11-216. Secretary of State to provide information on |
| 8 | | human trafficking. The Secretary of State shall include in its |
| 9 | | commercial drivers license curriculum and study guide |
| 10 | | information on the human trafficking problem in this State. The |
| 11 | | Secretary shall adopt rules to implement this Section.
