|
| 2 | | Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, |
| 3 | | represented in the General Assembly:
|
| 4 | | Section 5. The Fireworks Regulation Act of Illinois is |
| 5 | | amended by changing Section 25 as follows:
|
| 6 | | (425 ILCS 30/25) (from Ch. 127 1/2, par. 125)

| 7 | | Sec. 25.
Whoever fails to comply with or violates any of |
| 8 | | the
the provisions
of the Act shall be guilty of a petty |
| 9 | | offense, and whoever, after receiving
written notice from the |
| 10 | | Office, or its authorized representative,
directing compliance |
| 11 | | with specified provisions of the Act fails to
comply with the |
| 12 | | provisions of the Act specified in said notice, shall be
guilty |
| 13 | | of a Class A misdemeanor. |
