AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 110

    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 110, by replacing everything after the enacting clause with the following:

“ARTICLE 1

    Section 5.  The following named sum, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated from the Capital Development Fund to the Capital Development Board for the Illinois Community College Board for the project hereinafter enumerated:

PRAIRIE STATE COLLEGE-CHICAGO HEIGHTS

  For costs associated with capital

    improvements including the repair and

    replacement of air handling units,

    cooling units and chillers at

    Prairie State College....................... $4,400,000

ARTICLE 2

    Section 5. The following named sum, or so much thereof as may be necessary and remains unexpended at the close of business on June 30, 2017, from a new appropriation made for that purpose in Article 1, Section 5 of this Act, is reappropriated from the Capital Development Fund to the Capital Development Board for the Illinois Community College Board for the project hereinafter enumerated:

PRAIRIE STATE COLLEGE-CHICAGO HEIGHTS

  For costs associated with capital

    improvements including the repair and

    replacement of air handling units,

    cooling units and chillers at

    Prairie State College....................... $4,400,000

ARTICLE 99

Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon becoming law, except that Article 2 takes effect on July 1, 2017.”.
