Synopsis As Introduced
Amends the Property Tax Code. Provides that the maximum reduction under the General Homestead Exemption for taxable year 2017 is $7,000 in all counties. Indexes that maximum reduction to the Consumer Price Index for subsequent taxable years. Effective immediately.
