AN ACT concerning civil law.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,

represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The Registered Titles (Torrens) Act is amended | ||||
by changing Section 110.3 as follows:

Sec. 110.3. This Act is repealed on January 1, 2014 July 1, | ||||
