AN ACT concerning local government.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
| ||||
represented in the General Assembly:
| ||||
Section 5. The Volunteer Emergency Worker Job Protection | ||||
Act is amended by changing Section 20 as follows: | ||||

Sec. 20. Applicability. This Act does not apply to any | ||||
employer that is a municipality with a population of 7,500
| ||||
3,500 or more.
