    AN ACT concerning civil law.
 
    Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
 
    Section 5. Upon the payment of the sum of $1 to the State
of Illinois, and subject to the conditions set forth in Section
10 of this Act, the Secretary of Transportation is authorized
to convey to the Village of Justice by quitclaim deed all
right, title, and interest of the State of Illinois in and to
certain property known as that part of the East Half of the
Southwest Quarter of Section 26, Township 38 North, Range 12
East of the Third Principal Meridian, lying South of the North
40.00 feet thereof, lying East of the West 33.00 feet thereof
and lying northwesterly of the Northwesterly line of Archer
Avenue by Document Number 12731415. Excepting thereof that
portion described as follows: Beginning at the south most
corner of the above described property; thence North 40 degrees
06 minutes 31 seconds East a distance of 188.34 feet along the
Northwesterly line of Archer Avenue to the East most corner of
the aforesaid property thence North 89 degrees 28 minutes 17
seconds West a distance of 1.58 feet along the South line of
75th Street to a point; thence South 39 degrees 49 minutes 25
seconds West a distance of 186.99 feet to a point on the East
line of 86th Avenue; thence South 00 degrees 24 minutes 04
seconds West a distance of 0.45 feet to the point of beginning,
all in Cook County, Illinois, known as IDOT Excess Parcel No.
OZZ0916 and generally described as a triangular parcel, the
Southernmost point being the intersection of Archer Avenue
(Illinois 171) and 86th Avenue, then running North along 86th
Avenue approximately 144.71 feet, then running perpendicularly
East approximately 118.75 feet, and then running southwesterly
along Archer Avenue approximately 186.99 feet to the
southernmost point, said parcel containing 0.197 acre (8595.51
square feet) more or less.
 
    Section 10. The quit claim deed shall state on its face and
the conveyance shall be subject to the condition that if the
property is no longer used for public purposes, then title
shall revert without further action to the Illinois Department
of Transportation, State of Illinois.
 
    Section 15. The Secretary of Transportation shall obtain a
certified copy of this Act within 60 days after its effective
date and shall record the certified document in the Recorder's
Office in the county in which the land is located.
 
    Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon
becoming law.
