AN ACT concerning procurement.
|
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
|
represented in the General Assembly:
|
Section 5. The Illinois Procurement Code is amended by |
adding Section 20-155 as follows:
|
(30 ILCS 500/20-155 new) |
Sec. 20-155. Solicitation and contract documents. After |
award of a contract and subject to provisions of the Freedom of |
Information Act, the procuring agency shall make available for |
public inspection and copying all pre-award, post-award, |
administration, and close-out documents relating to that |
particular contract.

Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon |
becoming law.
