AN ACT concerning State government.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
|
represented in the General Assembly:
|
Section 5. The Department of Public Health Powers and |
Duties Law of the
Civil Administrative Code of Illinois is |
amended by adding Section 2310-280 as follows:

Sec. 2310-280. Clinical trials information. The Director |
of Public Health shall make available on the Department's |
website information directing citizens to publicly available |
information on ongoing clinical trials, and the results of |
completed clinical studies, including those sponsored by the |
National Institutes of Health, those sponsored by academic |
researchers, and those sponsored by the private sector. |
