    AN ACT to repeal the Personnel Radiation Monitoring Act.

 
    Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
 
represented in the General Assembly:


 

    (420 ILCS 25/Act rep.)  (Personnel Radiation Monitoring 
      Act.)


    Section 5. The Personnel Radiation Monitoring Act is hereby 
repealed.
 

    Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon 
becoming law.
