Section 425.125  Revocation of Certificate of Registration

a)         The revocation of a cannabis retailer's certificate of registration under the Retailers' Occupation Tax Act revokes a cannabis retailer's certificate of registration under the Law.

b)         The Department shall notify the Department of Financial and Professional Regulation upon revocation of a certificate of registration issued to a cannabis retailer.
