Title: An Act requiring the labeling of previously used or previously used and reclaimed, re-refined, recleaned or reconditioned lubricants, regulating advertising thereof, providing penalties for violation and establishing the right of injunction in certain cases, and to repeal Section 137A of Division 1 of "An Act to revise the law in relation to criminal jurisprudence", approved March 27, 1874, as amended.
