    Sec. 25-5-140. Quick-take; Kane County Division of Transportation. Quick-take proceedings under Article 20 may be used for a period of 12 months after the effective date of this amendatory Act of the 104th General Assembly by the Kane County Division of Transportation for the acquisition of the following described property for the purpose of intersection realignment and separation improvement.
    That part of Lot 2 in Winterland Subdivision, being a subdivision in the Southwest Quarter
