Title: An Act to promote and encourage the sport of pigeon racing and carrier pigeons; authorizing the flying of such pigeons; prohibiting the killing, interfering with or injury of carrier pigeons and providing punishment for violations; and providing for the regulation thereof by municipalities or counties.
