(225 ILCS 135/120) (Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2025) Sec. 120. Compelling testimony. Any court, upon application of the Department, designated hearing officer, or the applicant or licensee against whom proceedings under Section 95 of this Act are pending, may order the attendance and testimony of witnesses and the production of relevant documents, papers, files, books, and records in connection with any hearing or investigation. The court may compel obedience to its order by proceedings for contempt.
