(220 ILCS 60/) (Telephone Line Right of Way Act.)
        Title: An Act to permit the use of public highways, streets and alleys and private roads leading to such highways, streets and alleys outside of incorporated cities, villages and towns, for the purpose of constructing, operating and maintaining private lines of telegraph or telephone, and to prescribe penalties for the injury or obstruction of such lines.
