(110 ILCS 405/) (University of Illinois Revenue Bond Financing Act for Auxiliary Facilities.)
        Title: An Act to authorize the Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois to acquire by purchase or otherwise, construct, enlarge, improve, equip, complete, operate, control and manage student residence halls, apartments, staff housing facilities, health facilities, physical education buildings, union buildings, auditoriums, gymnasiums, or other revenue producing buildings or facilities, administrative facilities for student services, educational facilities leased to the federal government, and a Nuclear Physics Laboratory, or any combination thereof, defining the duties of such Board with respect to operation and maintenance thereof, charge fees or rates for the use of any such building, buildings, facility or facilities or combination thereof used or acquired, and providing for and authorizing the issue of bonds for the purpose of defraying the cost of construction, acquisition, enlargement, improvement, or equipment of any such building, buildings, facility or facilities, payable only from the revenues pledged from the operation of any such building, buildings, facility or facilities or any combination thereof, or, when authorized by the Board of Trustees, payable from such revenues as supplemented by University income authorized by law to be retained in the University treasury and applied to such purpose, and for the refunding of any such bonds.
