Title: An Act to empower the Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois to apply for and receive aid from the United States Government for the acquisition, construction, maintenance or operation of airports, landing fields, air markings or any equipment or aids to aerial navigation, for use in connection with the development of the educational program, whether military or civilian, of the University of Illinois.
