Title: An Act in relation to the establishment and operation of an institution of higher education in the City of Chicago by the University of Illinois, authorizing the Commissioners of the Chicago Park District to convey, donate, or otherwise transfer all or part of any park or park property to The Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois for such purpose, and providing for the exercise of certain powers in relation thereto.
