Title: An Act authorizing cities, villages and incorporated towns which have heretofore entered into agreements with the Federal Government and have received or will receive Federal grants for the construction, extension, improvement or repair of streets, sewerage systems or water systems, to levy a special tax or assessment upon the property benefited and to issue bonds in anticipation of the collection of such special tax or assessment.
