(30 ILCS 420/) (Capital Development Bond Act of 1972.)
        Title: An Act to provide for the orderly, efficient and economic financing, acquisition, construction and development by the State of Illinois, its departments, authorities, public corporations, commissions, boards, agencies and universities, colleges and junior colleges, of capital facilities consisting of buildings, structures, and durable equipment, as well as the acquisition of real estate in connection therewith, and of the acquisition, protection and development of natural resources for open spaces, recreational and conservation purposes, all within the State of Illinois, by authorizing the issuance and sale of general obligation bonds of the State of Illinois, the proceeds of which are to be used for such purposes, and to provide for the payment of the principal of and interest on such bonds and authorizing the issuance and sale of refunding bonds.
