(30 ILCS 415/) (Transportation Bond Act.)

Title: An Act in anticipation of the effective date of the Illinois Constitution of 1970 and to implement, in part, Article XIII, Section 7 of the Constitution to aid and assist the transportation system, including highway, air and mass transportation facilities, within the State of Illinois by authorizing the issuance and sale of bonds of the State of Illinois and to provide for the payment of the principal of and interest upon such bonds and authorizing the issuance and sale of refunding bonds.
