Title: An Act to authorize the issuance and sale of bonds of the State of Illinois for the purpose of obtaining funds to be used within this State for the protection of the environment and to provide for the payment of the principal of and interest upon such bonds, making an appropriation in connection therewith and repealing certain Acts therein named.
