    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 6241 on page 3, by

replacing lines 1 through 3 with "the components for repeated

towing.  The term excludes"; and

on page 3, by replacing lines 9 through 11 with "synonymous for

the purposes of this Act."; and

on page 10, by replacing lines 3 through 5 with the following:
