AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 2880

    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 2880, AS AMENDED, 
3
with reference to page and line numbers of House Amendment No. 
4
1, on page 5, by replacing lines 13 through 27 with the 
5
following:

    "(e) Moneys appropriated by the General Assembly for the 
7
purpose of this Section, receipts from donations, grants, fees, 
8
or taxes that may accrue from any public or private sources to 
9
the Department for the purpose of this Section, and savings 
10
attributable to the nursing home conversion program as 
11
calculated in subsection (h) shall be deposited into the 
12
Department on Aging State Projects Fund.  Interest earned by 
13
those moneys in the Fund shall be credited to the Fund.
14
    (f) Moneys described in subsection (e) from the Department 
15
on Aging State Projects Fund shall be used for older adult"; 
16
and

 
17
on page 8, line 25, after the period, by inserting the 
18
following: "To the extent applicable, however, for the purpose 
19
of maintaining the statewide inventory authorized by the 
20
Illinois Health Facilities Planning Act, the Department shall 
21
send to the Health Facilities Planning Board a copy of each 
22
grant award made under this subsection (g)."; and
 
23
on page 9, line 1, by replacing "Older Adult Services Fund" 
24
with "Department on Aging State Projects Fund"; and
