AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 2607

    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 2607, AS AMENDED,

with reference to page and line numbers of House Amendment No.

1, on page 10, by replacing lines 1 and 2 with the following:

    "(H) As used in this Article, "school" means any public or 
6
private educational institution, including, but not limited 
7
to, any elementary or secondary school, trade or professional 
8
institution, or institution of higher education."; and

on page 10, by replacing lines 11 and 12 with the following:

"current address, current place of employment, and school 
11
attended.  The sex offender or"; and

on page 11, lines 17 and 18, by deleting ", institution of 
13
higher education"; and

by deleting line 34 of page 11 and lines 1 through 11 on page

12; and
